Our involvement starts well before work begins in the field. We work alongside project teams throughout preconstruction, providing estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability review, design coordination and submittals. Once construction begins, our focus is on the things that matter every day on a jobsite: consistent production, quality work, staying on schedule and meeting code requirements.

Since our founding, Blue Star has completed 17 projects representing 3,397 units, with 11 additional projects currently under construction. Our experience includes communities approaching 400 units and work across multiple markets, giving our team an understanding of the coordination and demands that come with multifamily construction at scale.

Blue Star is an affiliate of The Garrett Companies, a national real estate organization with experience in development, construction and property management. That relationship gives us the resources and financial strength of an established organization while allowing Blue Star to remain focused on what we do: plumbing and HVAC. It also gives our team a perspective that extends beyond our individual scope. We understand how our work fits into the larger project and what general contractors need from their trade partners to keep work moving.
